IADC WellSharp

• General Information
IADC WELLSHARP is a new revolutionary well control training and assessment program. The result of a collaborative industry effort, this program emphasizes rigorous training for every person with well control responsibilities, whether office- or rig-based. The program has evolved from WellCAP and aims at delivering more in-depth knowledge, well-honed role-specific skills, and a greater confidence enabling delegates to prevent incidents or, in the unforeseen event of a well control incident, respond swiftly and appropriately. Final course assessment will be done through a centralized electronic testing system, including random test generation and test results and feedback based on learning objectives will be readily accessible upon test completion.
